It is made for schools that teach from Play to Class Ten, with Bangla class and subject names, Bangladesh GPA rules and local SMS and payment companies. Seventeen working modules cover the office, the classroom and the accounts desk.

Eight built-in roles cover Super Admin, Admin, Principal, Accountant, Receptionist, Teacher, Parent and Student. You can also create your own roles with permissions for each action.

Online admission, student records and ID cards

Families apply on the school website with a photo and documents, get an application number by SMS and can check the status later. A blank printable A4 form is also there.

The office approves, asks the family to make contact, or rejects each application, and every step can send an SMS. One click on Admit creates the student with a Student ID, roll number, ID card and, if you want, parent and student logins.

Student profiles hold guardian details, blood group, photo and status, and students can be imported from a CSV template or exported.

ID cards are made automatically with a QR verification code on the back. Print one card or a whole class at 9 per A4 page.

Attendance with absent SMS and a clash-free routine

Teachers mark Present, Absent, Late or Leave for their own sections. The guardian of an absent student gets an SMS, never twice a day, and parents see an attendance calendar.

The class routine uses bell periods, breaks and room numbers for each section.

Before saving, the school management software checks for clashes, so a teacher can never be placed in two classes at once.

Exams, GPA results and certificates with QR verification

Exams can have written, MCQ and practical parts, with full and pass marks for every subject. Teachers enter marks only for their own subjects, and class teachers cover their whole section.

Results follow Bangladesh GPA rules: A+ from 80%, GPA 0.00 for a fail in any compulsory subject, and extra points from the optional fourth subject above 2. You get a tabulation sheet with merit positions and printable marksheets for one student or a whole section.

Published results appear in the parent and student portal, in the website result lookup and in a result SMS with the GPA. Merit and pass certificates come in 16 ready designs, download as PDF and carry a QR code that opens a verification page.

Fees, online payment and payroll

Set fee heads and a fee structure for each class, and the school management software creates monthly bills on the 1st. Discounts, waivers and part payments are supported, and every receipt prints in two copies.

Due SMS go out from the dues list or as daily automatic reminders, and each payment sends the guardian an SMS.

Parents can pay online through the bKash Payment Gateway, through SSLCommerz with card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank, or by manual Send Money with a TrxID that the office approves. Each gateway payment is verified before the receipt is made.

Teachers and staff get full HR profiles and their own ID cards. Payroll builds a monthly salary sheet with allowances and deductions, prints payslips and sends a salary SMS.

A school website and portals for parents, students and teachers

Your school gets a public website with more than 20 pages, including notices, news, events, gallery, achievements and contact. It has Bangla and English versions, 5 colour presets and a phone-friendly layout, all managed from the dashboard.

Visitors can look up results by class, section and roll or by Student ID.

Parents use one login for all their children to see dues, results, attendance, routine, ID cards and certificates, and to pay fees online. Teachers see today’s classes, their routine and their payslips.
