The rules for buying and using Themeve products.

Your products stay yours

These terms apply when you use themeve.com, our mobile app or anything you buy from us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

  • Use your real name, e-mail and phone number. You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian's permission.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • We may block an account that is used for fraud, fake payments or abuse of our team.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. A US Dollar price, if shown, is only an estimate.
  • You pay with bKash, Nagad or Rocket to the number shown at checkout, then enter your Transaction ID. Every payment is checked against our wallet records before an order is completed.
  • A fake, edited or reused payment proof cancels the order and blocks the account.
  • An order that is not paid may be cancelled automatically.

3. Delivery

  • Themes, plugins and license keys appear in My Account (Downloads and License keys) as soon as your payment is verified. We also send them by e-mail.
  • Products marked for manual delivery are delivered within the time shown on their product page.
  • Software that our team installs, such as our school and madrasa systems, is installed on hosting and a domain that you buy and own.

4. Your license

  • Each license works on the number of websites shown in the plan you bought. A single license covers one live domain.
  • Local and staging test sites do not use a site slot. To move a license, remove the old site in My Account → License keys and activate the new one.
  • You may not share, resell, publish or bypass a license key, or remove the license check from our products.
  • While your license is active, updates install from your WordPress dashboard.
  • Products you have bought stay in your account. We deactivate a license only if its order is refunded, the payment was fake, or the license is used against these terms.

5. Genuine products

Our own themes, plugins and software are built by our own team, and every license key comes from our own license server. We never sell fake, shared or cracked keys. Some items, such as subscriptions and tools made by other companies, are supplied by us as described on their product page, and that company's own terms also apply to them.

6. Support

We help on WhatsApp and by e-mail at admin@themeve.com, 10 AM – 11 PM, every day. Support covers installation, activation and problems in our products. Custom design or extra features are separate paid work. Ongoing support for our Laravel software is a monthly plan.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and about the product you bought; we check them before they appear. The designs, text and images on this website belong to Themeve. Demo images and sample content in our products are placeholders for your own.

8. Affiliates and resellers

Approved affiliates may sell our products only through the Themeve Reseller plugin and the rules shown in their dashboard.

9. Limits of responsibility

Keep regular backups of your website. We are not responsible for your hosting, for data lost on your site, or for problems caused by other plugins or services. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
