This policy explains what information Themeve (themeve.com and our mobile app) collects, why we need it and how we protect it. In short: we collect only what we need to deliver your products and keep your account safe, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, e-mail address, phone number and profile photo if you add one. Your password is stored in scrambled (hashed) form, so nobody on our team can read it.
- Orders: the products you buy, prices, coupons and order history.
- Payments: the wallet you used, the sending number, the amount and the Transaction ID. We never ask for your bKash, Nagad or Rocket PIN or wallet OTP.
- License use: when a website activates or checks a license, our server records the website address, its IP address and the product version.
- Security records: your IP address, device type and the time you sign in.
- Messages and reviews: what you send our support team and the reviews you write.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, they share your name and e-mail address with us. We do not get your password for those accounts.
How we use it
- To check your payment, deliver your products and show them in My Account.
- To create, check and protect your license keys.
- To send order e-mails and sign-in codes, and to answer your questions.
- To stop fraud, fake payments and misuse of license keys.
How payments are checked
When money arrives in our wallet, the wallet sends us a message with the amount, sender number and Transaction ID. Our system matches it with your order. This information is used only to confirm payments and handle refunds.
Who we share it with
We share data only with services that help run Themeve: our hosting provider, e-mail delivery, Google and Facebook sign-in, and Firebase for app notifications. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies and browser storage items to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember your cart and settings, and remember that your device has an account here. You can clear them in your browser; you will then need to sign in again.
How long we keep it
Your account, orders and licenses stay as long as your account exists, so your products are never lost. You can delete your account in My Account → Profile. Some order and payment records may be kept after that, because we need them for accounting and to answer questions about past payments.
How we protect it
The whole site runs on HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, sign-in can be protected with an e-mail code, and only the team members who need the data can see it.
Your choices
You can see and change your details in My Account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, or for help deleting it, contact us on WhatsApp or at admin@themeve.com.
Themeve is not meant for children under 13. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
Themeve (themeve.com এবং আমাদের মোবাইল অ্যাপ) কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে, কেন করে এবং কীভাবে সুরক্ষিত রাখে, এই নীতিতে তা বলা আছে। সংক্ষেপে: প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি আর অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপদ রাখতে যতটুকু দরকার শুধু ততটুকুই নিই, এবং আপনার তথ্য কখনো বিক্রি করি না।
আমরা যা সংগ্রহ করি
- অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নাম্বার, এবং প্রোফাইল ছবি দিলে সেটি। পাসওয়ার্ড এলোমেলো (হ্যাশ করা) অবস্থায় রাখা হয়, তাই আমাদের টিমের কেউ তা পড়তে পারে না।
- অর্ডার: কোন প্রোডাক্ট কিনেছেন, দাম, কুপন ও অর্ডারের ইতিহাস।
- পেমেন্ট: কোন ওয়ালেট ব্যবহার করেছেন, যে নাম্বার থেকে পাঠিয়েছেন, টাকার পরিমাণ ও ট্রানজেকশন আইডি। আমরা কখনো আপনার বিকাশ, নগদ বা রকেটের পিন বা ওয়ালেটের ওটিপি চাই না।
- লাইসেন্স ব্যবহার: কোনো ওয়েবসাইট লাইসেন্স অ্যাক্টিভ বা যাচাই করলে আমাদের সার্ভার ওয়েবসাইটের ঠিকানা, তার আইপি অ্যাড্রেস ও প্রোডাক্টের ভার্সন সংরক্ষণ করে।
- নিরাপত্তার রেকর্ড: আপনার আইপি অ্যাড্রেস, ডিভাইসের ধরন ও লগইনের সময়।
- মেসেজ ও রিভিউ: সাপোর্ট টিমকে যা পাঠান এবং যে রিভিউ লেখেন।
গুগল বা ফেসবুক দিয়ে লগইন করলে তারা আপনার নাম ও ইমেইল আমাদের দেয়। ওই অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড আমরা পাই না।
তথ্য যে কাজে ব্যবহার করি
- পেমেন্ট যাচাই, প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি এবং My Account-এ দেখানোর জন্য।
- লাইসেন্স কি তৈরি, যাচাই ও সুরক্ষার জন্য।
- অর্ডারের ইমেইল ও লগইন কোড পাঠাতে এবং আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে।
- প্রতারণা, ভুয়া পেমেন্ট ও লাইসেন্স কি-র অপব্যবহার ঠেকাতে।
পেমেন্ট যেভাবে যাচাই হয়
আমাদের ওয়ালেটে টাকা এলে ওয়ালেট থেকে টাকার পরিমাণ, প্রেরকের নাম্বার ও ট্রানজেকশন আইডিসহ একটি মেসেজ আসে। আমাদের সিস্টেম সেটি আপনার অর্ডারের সাথে মিলিয়ে দেখে। এই তথ্য শুধু পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করা ও রিফান্ডের কাজে ব্যবহার হয়।
কাদের সাথে তথ্য শেয়ার করি
শুধু সেই সার্ভিসগুলোর সাথে, যারা Themeve চালাতে সাহায্য করে: আমাদের হোস্টিং প্রোভাইডার, ইমেইল পাঠানোর সার্ভিস, গুগল ও ফেসবুক লগইন, এবং অ্যাপের নোটিফিকেশনের জন্য ফায়ারবেস। আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলেও তথ্য দিতে পারি। আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমরা কাউকে বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না।
কুকিজ
আপনাকে লগইন অবস্থায় রাখতে, ফর্ম সুরক্ষিত রাখতে, কার্ট ও সেটিংস মনে রাখতে এবং এই ডিভাইসে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট আছে কিনা মনে রাখতে আমরা কয়েকটি ছোট কুকি ও ব্রাউজার স্টোরেজ ব্যবহার করি। ব্রাউজার থেকে এগুলো মুছে ফেলতে পারেন; তখন আবার লগইন করতে হবে।
কতদিন তথ্য রাখি
অ্যাকাউন্ট যতদিন আছে, ততদিন আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট, অর্ডার ও লাইসেন্স থাকে, তাই কেনা প্রোডাক্ট কখনো হারায় না। My Account → Profile থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করতে পারবেন। এরপরও কিছু অর্ডার ও পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড রাখা হতে পারে, কারণ হিসাবরক্ষণ এবং পুরোনো পেমেন্ট নিয়ে প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে সেগুলো দরকার হয়।
তথ্য যেভাবে সুরক্ষিত রাখি
পুরো সাইট HTTPS-এ চলে। পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করা থাকে, লগইনে ইমেইল কোডের সুরক্ষা চালু করা যায়, এবং যাদের দরকার শুধু টিমের সেই সদস্যরাই তথ্য দেখতে পারেন।
আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণ
My Account থেকে যেকোনো সময় আপনার তথ্য দেখতে ও বদলাতে পারবেন। আপনার তথ্যের কপি চাইলে বা ডিলিট করতে সাহায্য লাগলে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে অথবা admin@themeve.com ঠিকানায় যোগাযোগ করুন।
Themeve ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য নয়। আমরা এই নীতি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি; উপরের তারিখ সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ নির্দেশ করে।
