Before you message us
- Your order number (for example TV-1024), if it is about an order.
- Your website address, if it is about a license or activation.
- A screenshot of any error you see.
With these, we can usually solve the problem in the first reply.

For custom website work or other business questions, send us a short description by e-mail. If you want to sell our products on your own website, apply for the affiliate program in My Account.

- লাইসেন্স বা অ্যাক্টিভেশন নিয়ে হলে আপনার ওয়েবসাইটের ঠিকানা।
- কোনো এরর দেখালে তার স্ক্রিনশট।

কাস্টম কাজ ও রিসেলিং
কাস্টম ওয়েবসাইট বা অন্য ব্যবসায়িক বিষয়ে প্রশ্ন থাকলে ইমেইলে ছোট করে লিখে পাঠান। নিজের ওয়েবসাইটে আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রি করতে চাইলে My Account থেকে অ্যাফিলিয়েট প্রোগ্রামে আবেদন করুন।
