01Which package should I choose?
A company, school or personal site is usually the WordPress package. To sell products online, choose E-commerce. For software with logins, roles and reports — a school, hospital or booking system — choose Laravel. For a one-of-a-kind design with the fastest speed, choose Custom. Not sure? 02How long does a website take?
Usually WordPress Website 2-3 Days, E-commerce Website 4-7 Days, Laravel Web Application 8-10 Days, Custom Website 10-12 Day's. Having your text, logo and photos ready makes it faster.
03Is the price fixed?
The prices are starting prices for the features listed. After we understand your project you get a written quote with the exact price and delivery date, and it does not change unless you add new work.
04How do I pay?
Usually 50% to start the work and 50% before the site goes live. You can pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank transfer, and you get an invoice for every payment.
05Who owns the website and the code?
You do. The domain, the hosting account and the full source code are in your name. There is no lock-in — you can move or change the site whenever you want.
06What happens after launch?
You get free support for the period in your package. After that you can choose a monthly maintenance plan for updates, backups and small changes — or contact us only when you need something.
07Will my website work well on phones?
Yes. Every page is designed for phones first, then tablets and computers, and we test on real devices before launch.
08Will my website show on Google?
We set up titles, descriptions, a sitemap, Google Search Console and fast loading, so Google can find and understand your site. Ranking takes time; our SEO plan can help you grow after launch.
09Can customers pay online on my site?
Yes. We connect bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery, and card payments through SSLCommerz or similar gateways when you have a merchant account.
10Can the website be in Bangla?
Yes. We build sites in Bangla, English or both, with proper Bangla fonts that look clean on every device.
11How many changes can I ask for?
Each package includes design revisions (see the comparison above). Small text and photo changes during the build are always free.
12What do I need to give you?
Your logo, the text for your pages (or we can write it), photos of your products or work, and access to your domain and hosting if you already have them.
13Do I need my own domain and hosting?
You can use the ones you already have. If not, we help you buy them in your own name, so they always belong to you.
14Is my website safe?
We set up SSL, a firewall, strong passwords and regular backups. With a maintenance plan we also keep everything updated for you.
15Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every site comes with an easy admin panel, and we show you how to change text, photos, products and prices without a developer.
16Can you redesign my existing website?
