This hospital management software runs a private hospital from one Bangla and English dashboard. Reception, doctors, the lab, wards, theatre, pharmacy and accounts work in the same system, and each person sees only what their role allows.

It is a standalone Laravel web app on your own hosting and domain, with a public website and a patient portal.

Hospital management software with every module switched in

The hospital version is the full system: 22 modules on top of the always-on core of patients, billing, users and settings. That covers outpatients, lab and imaging, wards, nursing, the operation theatre, emergency, blood bank, ambulance, pharmacy, store, accounts, staff and payroll.

The Super Admin can switch any module off if your hospital does not use it, and switch it back on later. The dashboard and website use a calm teal design with Inter and Hind Siliguri fonts.

The same system also comes as Clinic Management Software and Diagnostic Centre Management Software for smaller facilities.

Front desk, doctors and the waiting room

Patients are registered once and get an ID card with a QR code. Bills take services from your price list, with discount, VAT, part payment, dues, refunds and a printed money receipt.

Each doctor has a weekly chamber schedule and leave days. The desk gives walk-in and phone serials, the website and patient portal take online serials, and a TV in the waiting room can show the queue screen with the serial now being seen.

The prescription writer is quick on the keyboard, fills in medicine names as you type, keeps templates for each doctor and prints in Bangla or English with a QR code that confirms the prescription is genuine. Advised tests go straight to the bill.

Wards, bed board and discharge

A colour-coded bed board shows free, occupied, cleaning and closed beds ward by ward, from general wards and cabins to ICU, CCU, NICU and maternity. Every free bed has an Admit here button.

Admission takes an advance, keeps every transfer and shows the bed charge so far on the running bill. Discharge prints a discharge summary and the final bill, and the family gets an SMS on admission and discharge.

Nurses record vitals with a temperature and pulse chart, keep a medication chart with given, refused or missed doses, and write notes by shift.

Operation theatre, emergency, blood bank and ambulance

The operation theatre has a booking board, a pre-op checklist from consent to site marking, operation notes and one-time charges for surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre and consumables.

Emergency uses a four-colour triage board, records police cases and vitals with GCS, and opens the admission form for patients who need a bed.

The blood bank covers donors, screening, cross-match, compatible issue and stock by group. Ambulance trips are billed per kilometre, straight to the admission bill when the patient is admitted.

Lab, pharmacy, accounts and staff

The lab module of the hospital management software prints barcode tube labels, flags results as high or low, waits for the pathologist to verify, and prints A4 reports with a QR check. Patients get a report-ready SMS and can download reports from your website with the bill number and mobile number.

The pharmacy counter sells by barcode scan, always takes the batch that expires first, never sells expired medicine and can charge medicines to an admitted patient's bill.

Accounts keeps a cash book, vouchers and a daily closing sheet. Nine reports print or download as CSV, and payroll makes salary sheets and payslips for your staff.

A patient website and portal with this hospital management software

Your hospital gets a mobile-first website whose home page leads with emergency numbers, departments, doctors, rooms and health packages, plus online appointment booking, a service price list, news, gallery and contact.

Patients use the portal to book appointments, read prescriptions, download test reports, see bills and pay online through the bKash payment gateway, SSLCommerz or a send-money TrxID that your counter approves.

Upload the zip in cPanel File Manager, create an empty database and open your domain. The web installer opens with the Hospital type already selected, checks the server and sets up the database and Super Admin on one page.

You need hosting with PHP 8.2 or newer, MySQL or MariaDB, SSL and one cron job.
