Sizes, packages and the order form

The demo panjabi comes in five sizes. Each size is a product variation. The theme shows it twice: first as a package card, and again as a picker inside the order form. When the buyer changes the choice, the plugin's checkout updates the price and the delivery charge at once. Each order has a status and a printable invoice, and you can send it to Steadfast or Pathao from the order screen.
