How the price is worked out

Chargeable weight is the larger of the actual weight and the volume weight: length times width times height, divided by 6000 for air, 5000 for express, 3000 for road and rail and 1000 for sea. Freight is the base charge plus a rate per chargeable kilo, never below the minimum.

Then the fuel surcharge, cargo insurance as a share of declared value, the COD handling fee and VAT are added from Settings. Every number is visible to the customer, which cuts arguments at pickup.

Zones and rate cards

Zones are the areas you price by, such as Dhaka City, Chattogram or Sylhet, plus international zones. Each rate line has a mode, a scope (inside the country, international or any), from and to zones, base charge, per-kilo charge, minimum and transit days. A rate for exact zones wins over an "any zone" rate.

Booking and tracking

Online booking has five steps: service and route, cargo, sender with pickup address, date and time slot, receiver, and payment. The customer gets a tracking number and a shipment page where they can pay, cancel before pickup and print the invoice and a 100 by 150 mm label with a barcode.

Tracking needs no sign-in. A customer can enter up to ten tracking numbers at once and see a four-step bar (Dispatched, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered) with the full history under it. Payments

Drivers sign in on their phone and see only their pickups, deliveries and finished jobs. Each job has Call, Map and Update buttons for the status, location, receiver name, POD photo and cash collected. No separate app is needed.

Cash on delivery for online shops

When drivers collect cash from receivers, the amount is recorded on the shipment and appears in COD payouts. When you pay the sender, click Paid out. Admin sees everything. Manager sees all but settings, modules, API, staff and licence. Operations handles shipments, dispatch, deliveries, customers, quotes and tickets. Driver sees only My deliveries and gets a branch and a vehicle. An activity log records every change.

Shipping rules control online booking, booking without an account, the heaviest weight priced online, how far ahead pickups can be booked, same-day cut-off, automatic confirmation, the tracking number prefix, required proof of delivery, cancel before pickup and fake-booking protection with blocked phones, IP limits and an SMS code. Modules switch the calculator, COD, quotes, driver panel, blog, team and a live shipments popup on or off.

API and webhooks

An online shop, ERP or app can use API keys to read services, zones, prices and tracking, create shipments and update status. Webhooks send shipment created, status changed, paid and delivered events to your address.

Install without a terminal

Upload the zip on cPanel, point the domain to the public folder and open the site. The web installer checks the server, connects to MySQL, MariaDB or SQLite, sets the site and mail, creates the admin and takes your licence key. Choose to install with or without demo content, then add one cron line for late-shipment flags and clean-up.
