Overview
Rupsha is a complete beauty ecommerce platform built with Laravel for one shop that sells skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, bath and body products and beauty tools. It gives you an elegant storefront, customer accounts and a full admin panel in one self-hosted application, with Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz payments, manual Send Money and Steadfast, Pathao and REDX courier booking.
The design is its own: deep plum (#7a2e4f) with soft blush, Fraunces serif headings with Jost body text, arch-shaped photos and product cards, and a lotus logo mark. It feels like a premium beauty counter rather than a general shop.
The demo has 42 products from invented brands in 6 categories, with sample coupons and lifestyle photos.
Who this beauty ecommerce platform is for
- Skincare shops selling cleansers, serums, sunscreens and moisturisers by skin type and concern.
- Makeup stores with lipsticks, foundations and shades.
- Beauty brands selling their own label direct to buyers.
- Importers and distributors of cosmetics opening a retail site.
- Fragrance, haircare and bath and body shops.
- Instagram beauty sellers who want a real shop with a bag, checkout and tracking.
- Developers and agencies building beauty shops for clients.
Most skin care product website template files show only pages. Rupsha is a working shop with orders, payments, couriers, stock, returns and reports already built.
A homepage designed for beauty buyers
- Hero slider with arch photos, a soft cross-fade and a product bubble.
- Trust items in a calm static row: authentic products, cash on delivery and more.
- Shop by concern tags such as acne, dryness or dull skin.
- Category arches for skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, bath and body, and tools.
- Bestsellers, new and sale tabs.
- Routine builder with four steps that adds the whole routine to the bag at once.
- Ingredient spotlight, a countdown offer and a flash sale.
- Lipstick shade finder that opens the product with the chosen shade.
- Promo cards, editor's picks, brands, reviews with numbers and a photo gallery for buyers' looks.
- Services and newsletter.
Homepage sections, banners and the gallery are managed in the admin panel, so you change the season's look without code.
Phone layout
On a phone the header stays clean, search opens as a full-width panel and a bottom tab bar keeps the bag and account close. Product cards show two per row, and nothing scrolls sideways.
Product pages that answer beauty questions
Beauty buyers want details before they order. Each product page shows claim badges such as fragrance-free or cruelty-free, the skin types it is best for, shade swatches with photos, and accordions for highlights, full ingredients, how to use, and delivery and returns. A FAQ sits in two columns.
Shade links work too: a link with a shade name opens the product with that shade already chosen, which is handy for Instagram posts and ads.
Beauty fields in the admin panel
The product form has fields made for cosmetics: size or volume, skin types, claims, full ingredients and how to use. You fill them once, and the shop shows them in the right places.
Why beauty needs its own kind of shop
A general shop treats a serum like a phone charger: a photo, a price and a buy button. Beauty buyers need more. They want to know if a cleanser suits oily skin, whether a foundation comes in their shade, what is inside a cream and how to use it in a routine. A beauty ecommerce platform has to carry that information without making the page feel crowded.
Rupsha does it with skin-type labels, claim badges, shade swatches and tidy accordions, so the page stays light while every answer is one tap away. The routine builder and shade finder turn browsing into a guided choice, which raises the order value.
A skin care product website template can copy the look, but not the working parts behind it: real stock per shade, routine bundles added to the bag in one tap, and orders that flow to couriers and reports. That is what a full beauty ecommerce platform adds, and why buyers come back when the bottle is empty.
Shopping features
- Filters for brand, price, shade or size and rating.
- Quick view and a slide-out bag.
- Wishlist, recently viewed items and frequently bought together.
- Reviews with photos and product questions.
- Back-in-stock alerts and pre-orders for new launches.
- Bulk prices for multi-buys and resellers.
- Order tracking, invoices and reorder from the account.
Offers and loyalty
Coupons such as a welcome discount or free shipping, combo offers, flash sales and countdown deals help launches and festival sales. Loyalty points reward regular buyers, and an affiliate programme lets beauty creators earn a commission on the orders they bring. Sales and sign-up pop-ups are available as modules you can switch on.
Checkout, payments and delivery in Bangladesh
Checkout takes district and thana addresses and applies your delivery zones, with an option for store pickup and delivery time slots. Buyers can verify their phone by OTP.
- Cash on Delivery, with an optional advance before the order is confirmed.
- Manual Send Money by bKash, Nagad or Rocket, approved by you in Transactions.
- bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz gateways with your merchant keys.
Steadfast, Pathao and REDX parcels are booked from the order page with your keys, and delivery history stays on the order. A COD reconcile screen matches courier payments with orders, and incomplete checkouts show buyers worth a call.
Accounts and sign-in
Buyers sign in with a password, an SMS or email code, or Google and Facebook once you add those apps. The account has orders with cancel and reorder, addresses, profile, support tickets, points, returns, the affiliate page and quote requests. A WhatsApp button connects buyers with your team for quick questions.
The admin panel of this beauty ecommerce platform
The admin panel covers every part of the shop: dashboard; orders with filters, bulk actions, CSV, edits, notes, payments and courier booking; manual orders; transactions.
It also manages products with variants, gallery, tier prices, pre-order and CSV import and export; stock; categories, brands, attributes and shade guides; customers and leads; reviews, questions, tickets and messages; coupons, flash sales, combo offers and SMS or email campaigns; banners, pages, testimonials and store locations; reports and search terms.
Modules you switch on
Affiliate, attributes, back-in-stock, bulk order, delivery slots, flash sale, loyalty, offers, pre-order, recently viewed, recommendations, reseller, returns, sales pop-up, sign-up pop-up, size guide and store locator can each be turned on or off in Admin → Modules.
Tracking and integrations
Facebook Pixel with Conversion API, GA4, Google Tag Manager and TikTok tracking, a product feed, sitemap and robots file are built in. A REST API with keys and HMAC-signed webhooks lets a developer connect other tools. Staff roles, an activity log and a system page help you run it safely.
Built on Laravel, light to host
Unlike a rented beauty ecommerce platform with monthly fees, Rupsha runs on your own server. It is a Laravel 13 application with plain CSS and JavaScript in the public folder, so no Node build step is needed. It runs with MySQL in production, and you own your installed copy and your customer data.
Install
Upload the files, run Composer, copy .env.example to .env, set the database and mail, then run the key, migrate and seed commands for the standard pages. Create the owner account with one command, which prints the password once, point the web root to the public folder and add the scheduler cron line.
Licence and updates
A live domain shows a lock page until you activate your licence key in Admin → License; the admin login stays open so you can do it. Local test sites stay open, and the licence checks in daily with a 14-day offline grace. The licence also brings updates.
Rupsha is built on Laravel, the open-source PHP framework. See all our Laravel projects for more ready shops and systems.
Good to know
Payment gateways, SMS, couriers, Google and Facebook sign-in and SMTP need your own live keys; the code follows each provider's API but cannot be tested without real accounts. The shop is in English. The sale file is a fresh install without the demo products and photos. Product claims and ingredient lists come from you, so copy them carefully from the official packs.
