Overview

Shuddho is a spices WordPress theme for WooCommerce: a warm natural look for masala, honey, dates and gur, nuts, oil and ghee, with category tiles, weight options on the product page and sign-in with a mobile number or email.

Shuddho is a spices wordpress theme for shops that sell pure masala and the kitchen basics that go with it. Turmeric, chili, cumin, cardamom and saffron sit beside dates and khejur gur, honey, nuts and seeds, mustard oil and ghee, tea and lentils. It has a warm orange look, round category photos and clean product cards.

Shuddho runs on the free WooCommerce plugin, so carts, stock, coupons and orders work the way store owners expect.

Import the demo in one click and you get 22 products in 6 categories, each with 250 g and 500 g weight options, plus help pages, menus and 3 blog posts.

Who Shuddho is for

A spice shop sells trust as much as taste. Buyers want to see clean powder, whole seeds and honest weights before they pay. Shuddho fits:

  • Masala shops that grind and pack their own turmeric, chili and coriander.
  • Whole spice sellers with cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and saffron.
  • Honey and gur sellers who sell Sundarban honey and winter date palm gur.
  • Ghee and mustard oil makers who sell ghani oil and pure cow ghee.
  • Dates and nuts shops that get busy before Ramadan and Eid.
  • Facebook pages that sell home-made masala and want a real website.
  • Small brands from Jessore, Rajshahi or Sylhet that ship across Bangladesh.

If you were looking for a spices wordpress theme because your page has outgrown inbox orders, Shuddho gives every pack its own page, price and stock count.

Why Shuddho is a spices wordpress theme built around purity

Most shop designs treat a packet of chili powder like a phone case. Shuddho is made for food that people smell, taste and judge by colour. Category photos sit in round frames with an orange ring, and the cards keep the photo large, so buyers can see the grind and the colour of the spice.

Product names show Bangla and English together in the demo, such as a Bangla name with "Turmeric Powder" after it, and product links use clean English words. Buyers who search in either language find what they want.

Many spices website templates are general grocery designs with a new logo. Shuddho starts from the spice shelf, with promises about clean, checked and sealed packs built into the homepage.

The homepage, block by block

Every block of this spices wordpress theme has an on/off switch, and you can drag the blocks into any order in Theme Options. Here is the order in the demo:

Hero slider and side banners

A big rounded slider has a small line, a large title, a coloured note and a button. One demo slide runs a Bangla pre-order offer for winter khejur gur. Two square banners sit on the right, such as "Pure Saffron ৳250 OFF" and "Litchi Flower Honey NEW", and each one opens its category.

Shop by Category

Round category photos with an orange ring, the name and the number of products. On phones the row scrolls sideways.

Latest Products

A grid of your newest products, four per row on a laptop and two on a phone, with a Load More button to the full shop.

Offer band

A full-width dark photo band with a "LIMITED TIME OFFER" pill, a big title and a SHOP NOW button that opens all products on sale.

Best sellers, promises, reviews, FAQ and blog

A Best Sell Product grid shows items you tag as top sellers. An orange band holds four promises, such as premium quality and 7-day returns. Then come three customer review cards, a two-column FAQ with a call and WhatsApp strip, and the latest three blog posts.

Product cards and the product page

A product card shows a "% OFF" tag when there is a sale, a "New" tag for recent items, a heart for the wishlist, the photo, the name, the price range and stars. Under them sit an order button and a round cart button. The order button text is yours to change; the demo uses a Bangla "add to cart" line.

The product page is one white panel. On the left is the WooCommerce gallery. On the right are the title, the price with an In Stock pill, a short text, a "Secure payment" logo strip, weight buttons such as 250 g and 500 g, quantity, Add to Cart and Buy Now.

Three promise boxes sit under the buttons: fast delivery, cash on delivery and a 7-day return. A second panel holds the Description, Additional information and Reviews tabs, and related products follow below.

The page is built with WooCommerce's own template functions, so plugins that hook into the product summary keep working.

Shop pages, filters and search

Spice buyers often know exactly what they want. Shuddho adds a filter card to the shop and category pages:

  • Search Products inside the filter card.
  • Categories, or the current category locked on category pages.
  • Price Range with minimum and maximum in taka.
  • Average Rating.
  • Stock Status: in stock or out of stock.
  • Product Status: On Sale.

Apply Filters and Reset All buttons sit at the bottom. The header has a wide search box with live results as the buyer types, and a "Browse Categories" drop-down lists every category.

Phones, speed and customer accounts

Most orders in Bangladesh come from a phone. On small screens Shuddho shows a menu button, the logo and the cart. A bottom tab bar gives Home, Categories, Cart, a WhatsApp Chat button and Account, and a side drawer holds the full menu.

The theme's own JavaScript is one plain-JavaScript file of 57.4 KB, about 14.5 KB compressed. The theme does not need jQuery for its own features and uses no page builder. There is one stylesheet, about 99 KB compressed. WooCommerce still loads its own scripts, as it does with any theme.

A light spices wordpress theme matters when buyers open your shop on mobile data in a district town.

Accounts, wishlist and order tracking

Shuddho has its own sign-in and sign-up popup and page. Customers can sign up and sign in with a Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX) or with email and password. Email accounts can reset the password by email.

By default buyers can order as guests, and the checkout offers to create an account. If you get fake cash on delivery orders, switch on "Orders need an account" in Theme Options, and everyone signs in before checkout.

Buyers can save items on the Saved Items page and check an order on the Track Order page. The Contact page has a form, and every message is kept in the dashboard under Shuddho → Enquiries, even if email is not set up.

Running the shop with this spices wordpress theme

You use the normal WordPress and WooCommerce dashboard. Orders arrive in WooCommerce → Orders. Products, weights, stock, coupons and categories are edited the usual way.

Theme Options

One settings page with a section sidebar and a search box. It holds the homepage layout, colours with ready-made palettes, typography, header and menu, hero and categories, product rows, offers, reviews, FAQ and blog, the contact form, checkout and accounts, and company details and footer. You can also back up and restore your settings.

Delivery, coupon and payment

The demo sets up a Bangladesh zone with Inside Dhaka delivery at ৳80 and Outside Dhaka at ৳120. It also adds a WELCOME200 coupon: ৳200 off a first order over ৳2,000. You can change all of these in WooCommerce.

The cart shows steps from cart to order placed, a free delivery progress bar and trust promises. Cash on delivery works out of the box. Add bKash, Nagad or card payments with any WooCommerce payment plugin.

Licence and updates

Activate the licence once. Updates then arrive in the dashboard and keep your content and settings.

Get started in one afternoon

  1. Install WordPress and WooCommerce on your hosting.
  2. Upload Shuddho in Appearance → Themes → Add New and activate it.
  3. Activate your licence with the key from your Themeve account.
  4. Import the demo from Shuddho → Setup → Import demo.
  5. Add your spices and packs with photos, weights, prices and stock.
  6. Set delivery and payment in WooCommerce.
  7. Place a test order from your phone, then share the link.

Photos in the demo are free-licence and the names and reviews are invented, so replace them with your own before launch.

Tips for a spice and masala shop

A good spices wordpress theme only helps if the products look honest. Shoot every spice on the same plain background in daylight, so the real colour of turmeric or chili shows. Add one close-up of the powder or seeds, because buyers judge grind and freshness by eye.

Write the weight in every title and use the weight buttons for 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg. Put the source and the packing date in the short text, such as "sun-dried in Kushtia, packed this month".

Plan for the calendar. Move dates, nuts and honey up before Ramadan, push whole garam masala and saffron before Eid, and open khejur gur pre-orders when winter starts.

Some sellers try free spices website templates first and later find the cart, account and checkout pages do not match. In Shuddho every page shares one design, from the homepage to the checkout.

This spices wordpress theme works with any WooCommerce plugin, so you can add payment, courier, SMS or analytics plugins as the shop grows.

Shuddho runs on WooCommerce, the free shop plugin used by millions of stores. See all our WordPress themes for more shop designs.
